Here at Paradox Dance Studio we teach Cuban Salsa, in Cuba we call it Casino!
Salsa Casino is a social dance that is mainly danced with family and socially in the streets & bars of Cuba. Its very fun, full of life and can be seen as less structured than LA Salsa, the Cubans dance more freely!
What makes us stand out.... Our instructors are LATIN, it's in their DNA, We are run by a Cuban family so Latin culture is very strong in our studio.
We have monthly socials so you can practice what you have learnt in a safe, non judgemental setting you feel comfortable in.

Thats ok we rotate our students so you can come alone and you will always have someone to dance with!
2. I cant dance and will look stupid
Everyone starts somewhere, this is why its a complete beginner course, its suitable for someone with zero experience, we will teach you everything you need to know!!
3. What if I am really bad.....
But what if you are really good and you didn't even try to find out :)
We have 3 clear levels when starting your salsa journey:
Level 1 - Complete beginner - never danced before - 2 left feet welcome!
Level 2 - Improvers course, the next step after completing level 1 and being signed off by our instructors.
Level 3 - Intermediate - you are starting to feel more comfortable, you have tried some social dancing, the passion for Cuban salsa has kicked in! Combos are getting much more technical.
Generally it will take 6 months to a year before you get to this level.
