Afro Cuban dance class is a mix of Folkloric Cuban dance styles across Orishas, Palo, Rumba with a real focus on body movement and authentic Cuban culture. These styles are heavily used in Salsa and will really help with solo and partner dance and your body movement when dancing these styles. Usually, these styles are danced in loose comfortable clothes, some classes may require women to wear full skirts or men to hold a bandana of some sort. We dance these styles in bare feet.
